VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE

The manual harvest of grapes CORVINA, CORVINONE and RONDINELLA is done slightly later. The fermentation occurs at a temperature of 28°C to obtain a wine of good body, mature in character. The color is deep ruby, with an inviting scent, elegant red fruit and cherries with a hint of spices. The taste is warm and enveloping, the structure is well balanced with softness.
