The present way of bottling aid a better preservation of the wine respect to the past; notwithstanding this the correct preservation of wine contribute to give a better emphasized in the moment of tasting.

As matter in that way you can found in the glass of wine in that moment, with a perfect preservation, the better taste and flavour that you can immagine.

It is good that the place where the bottles are preservate were dark, dry, without vibration and with a temperature near to the 14 C. With higher temperature, for example, you reduce the organoltettic life of the wine.
