CULTURE OF WINE

“wine of high quality that are produced in determinate zone”,
D.O.C is an expecial tradicional mention that we use in Italy for the V.Q.P.R.D. made with ours grapes of our land on the rispect of a Ministerial Law that provide:

	maximum yeld wine/grapes, grapes/ha
	denomination of underzone (Municipalty, farm, wineyard)
	indication of wineyard and methods of winificaton expecifico for the wine,
	T.A.V. minimum total,
	T.AV. natural potencial to the vintage,
	chimical, physical , organoletica characteristic of the wine;
	climatic condition of the production zone and the cultivation technique ot the wineyards,
	minimum period of growing old, refing and tipology of the container,
	bottling only in specific areas,

Before selling the wine is obligatory a chemical, phisical and organolectics analysis and tasting  in Degustacion commision at the C.C.I.A.A.
The denomination “CLASSICO” is only for the oldest wine of the original zone.
