The best selected grapes from the Hills of CORVINA, CORVINONE and RONDINELLA are placed in small boxes which are then left to dry for 3-4 months. During this time the grapes will lose about 40% of their initial weight which subsequently leaves a concentrated substance. After fermentation at a controlled temperature it is then left to mature in small oak barrels for 26 months. The colour is ruby red with granet hues. The scent is warm and incredibly complex with aromas of Valpolicella cherry, dried fruit, jam and spices. It is wine of depth, softness and well structured.
