A sweet wine of extraordinary concentration. It is produced with the same varieties of grapes of Amarone and method of drying, but is distinguished by stopping fermentation before all the sugars are converted into alcohol in order to obtain a wine with a high residual sugar. Aging in small oak barrels for 10 months enhances the organoleptic characteristics of this extraordinary wine. The color is red, intense purple. Elegant bouquet of ripe fruit and jam, pleasantly sweet on the palate, apparent viscosity, creamy and smooth.
