Sweet wine of extraordinary concentration. It is produced with the same grape varieties as Amarone and with
same drying method, but is distinguished by the interruption of the fermentation process before all
sugars have been transformed into alcohol in order to obtain a wine with a high sugar residue. Aging in small oak barrels for 10 months enhances the organoleptic characteristics of this extraordinary wine.
The color is very intense purplish red. Elegant aroma of ripe fruit and jam, pleasantly sweet on the palate, evident viscosity, creamy and velvety.
